A $70 shipping and handling to most parts of the USA will be added to your cart at checkout.  For international shipping, additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  We will notify you if that is the case.

US Customers: There is a $40 deposit on the packaging included in the shipping charge.  We ask that the packaging be returned, and a return label will be included with the shipment.  Upon receipt we will refund $40.
